Troubleshooting tips for galaxy s5 device drivers installation and connection to PC

Galaxy S5 smartphone users or any other samsung android device users: if you are facing problems to connect your galaxy s5 android device with computer system, its not a big issue. Just read this article to connect your android mobile phone to PC. Install or reinstall Samsung Galaxy S5 android device drivers to connect with computer and send bulk SMS
➯ Download Kies 3 Software for drivers installation
Firstly download Kies 3 software from samsung website to install galaxy s5 device drivers. If you are using any other samsung android device, check your phone model. According to your samsung mobile phone model download Kies or Kies 3 software.
➯ Connect your device with PC
Now connect your samsung android device to PC using USB cable and let the device drivers installation complete. If your device drivers are not successfully installed as shown in above screenshot.
➯ Open Kies 3 software and Reinstall device drivers
Open Kies 3 software. Click on 'Tools' and select 'Reinstall device driver' option. Disconnect the USB cable before proceeding with the installation. Click on 'Reinstall' button. Reconnect the cable after the installation is complete.
➯ Device drivers are successfully installed
Device drivers are successfully installed and your device is ready to use.
➯ Open DRPU Bulk SMS Software
Open DRPU Bulk SMS Software. Click on 'Android Technology Based Mobile Device' for android mobile phone and go to Next.
➯ If the message pop up 'Mobile device is not ready'
If 'Mobile device is not ready' message pop up on software screen. Follow the next step.
➯ Reconnect your mobile phone to PC
Reconnect your samsung galaxy s5 android device to computer desktop or laptop using USB cable.
➯ Allow USB debugging display on your phone screen
Your mobile phone is connected to software, if mobile device details is displayed on software screen. Click on Use Selected Device to Send SMS option.
➯ Send Bulk SMS
Import phone numbers list using 'Import and Composing Options' or add manually by 'Enter Recipient Number' option. Type message that you want to send and apply. Click on 'Send' button to send text messages.
➯ Messages sent successfully
